• Diet. Health starts from what you eat. Many times the unhealthy eating habits of a person make him fall sick. If you consume too much junk, oily or fatty stuff you will certainly not be able to stay healthy. These foods increase the fat content in the body. Instead you need to stick to a diet that comprises all the food groups such as proteins, carbohydrates, fats, minerals and vitamins. Also, it is very important to make water a part of your diet. Take lots of water every day so that your body remains safe from dehydration and all its functions work properly.

• Healthy Lifestyle. It is very important for men to stick to healthy lifestyle. They should stay away from smoking and alcohol as they can play havoc with your fitness.

• Exercising. You ought to exercise on regular basis if you want to stay healthy. You can stick to any exercise that you enjoy such as walking, running, swimming etc. If you want to join a gym it can be a great idea as well since you can follow a proper exercise routine this way.

• See your Doctor. It is also helpful to see your doctor for regular medical examination if you want to stay healthy.
